To make things easy for everyone, I have modified the plan used in previous tutorials by adding a staircase and also showing proposed column points, (because we do not have a structural drawing, we would be working on a few assumptions to aid our calculation.) New plan attached below (we're not particular about functionality here; just estimation.) Note: Because it's the same design with Part 2, we would be making references to part 2 occasionally and using that to save us time and post length.
